Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily maintenance and repair needs at multiple luxury properties.
Conduct site inspections at luxury properties to ensure everything is in good condition.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
Respond to service requests from tenants or residents.
Keep records of maintenance schedules, service requests, and work orders.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Help with property inspections and identify areas that need attention.
Ensure all properties meet safety standards and codes.
Ideal Candidate:
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Experience In Property Management (residential Or Commercial) Preferred.
Yardi experience is a plus but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to travel locally for site inspections at multiple properties.
Clean DMV record and reliable transportation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
