We are currently seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordinator. This is a hybrid position with three days in-office work at our Corporate Headquarters in Newport News. Compensation is competitive, with rates reaching up to $24 per hour.

2-4 years of experience in TA/Recruiting Coordination
Emphasis on precision and efficiency

Candidates should tailor their resumes to reflect meticulous attention to detail.
Dress code for interviews is professional attire.
Responsibilities:
Assist in opening requisitions and managing job postings
Facilitate candidate progression through the recruitment process via ATS
Coordinate offer letter preparation and manage candidate transitions
Proactively identify and resolve issues
Contribute to operational projects
Manage departmental inventory and event logistics
Handle incoming communications effectively
Execute administrative tasks with precision
Flexibility To Support Other Talent Acquisition Functions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous HR/Recruiting Or Staffing Agency Experience Preferred
Interest in talent acquisition
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with job boards and recruiting platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and deliver quality results
Interpersonal maturity and adaptability
Candidates must reside within the Hampton Roads area or have a commutable distance.
