What You'll Do:
- Technical Assistance: Provide top-notch technical support to K-12 educators, students, and staff.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
- Training: Conduct training sessions to help users understand and utilize technology effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to improve support processes and systems.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus!
