Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning objectives, audience needs, and business goals.
- Design, develop, and implement instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning courses.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including course modules, assessments, and multimedia content.
- Apply instructional design principles and models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effective course development.
- Review and revise existing training materials based on feedback and evaluation results.
- Manage the project timeline, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics such as learner feedback, test scores, and performance improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in instructional design, curriculum development, and eLearning tools.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Dick & Carey).
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
