Overview:
As a Land Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our land acquisition efforts by conducting in-depth analyses and managing processes that are essential to securing raw land or finished lots for our homebuilding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive land pipeline tracking system to ensure seamless acquisition processes.
• Research and identify emerging opportunities driven by municipal rezoning and infrastructure enhancements.
• Leverage GIS software and related tools to pinpoint prime development parcels.
• Prepare New Site Selection forms for both new ventures and ongoing projects requiring investment decisions.
• Conduct comparative market analysis for resale and new home developments.
• Develop detailed land development timelines and budgets, focusing on the entitlement process.
• Perform Community Position analyses to evaluate potential and existing acquisitions, guiding key investment decisions.
• Create and present compelling materials to facilitate the approval process for land banking internally developed projects
• Collaborate with homebuilding division partners in preparing financial analyses, development timelines, plans, budgets, and Proformas.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
