We’re looking for a Mail Room & Copy Center Associate to join our team in Spokane, WA for a 12-week assignment with the potential to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
Mail & Package Sorting: Handle incoming USPS and inter-office mail with precision.
Mail & Document Processing: Hand-collate and prepare printed materials for distribution.
Shipping & Postage Management: Use FedEx Ship Manager and a postage meter for outgoing mail.
Mail Distribution: Utilize a mail cart to deliver mail across the corporate campus.
Customer Interaction: Assist internal teams with mailing and shipping needs.
Occasional Cash Handling: Process personal shipments for internal customers.
Additional Responsibilities: Support various office and clerical tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Mailroom and/or copy center experience preferred—but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!
Skills: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Physical Stamina: This role involves walking, standing, and lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance).
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with Windows-based systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Reliability: Excellent attendance is a must.
