What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Accounting Assistant position at AppleOne Employment Services?
- Enter AP Invoices from Vendors
- Create Invoices to customers from delivery tickets and drop ship AP invoices.
- Assist Accounting Manager with check runs, account reconciliations, vendor and customer maintenance and communications.
- Communicate with Account Managers regarding pricing/qty vendor issues.
- Maintain departments filing system and ensure timely filing of all documents.
- Collect and distribute mail.
- Assist with all external and internal audits.
- Perform all other office and accounting tasks as required.
- SAP Experience highly desired
- Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
- Experience and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized
- Ability to follow through.
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently.
- Stable work history
- Associates degree in related field desirable but not necessary
