Key Responsibilities :
- Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before entry.
- Prepare orders for entry into Sage.
- Print and process pick tickets for invoicing.
- Invoice pick tickets and print slips for in-house orders.
- Process credit and rebills.
- Complete change orders as needed.
- Compare and validate data with source documents.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
- Select and organize materials for work assignments.
