Position Overview : Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role will focus on selling our premium products to bars and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, a deep understanding of the bar and restaurant industry, and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the bar and restaurant sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and versatility of Company’s products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position Company’s products.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Company’s products and build brand awareness.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on bars and restaurants.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the bar and restaurant industry, including knowledge of trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
