Position Summary:
As an Overnight Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the completion of all in-network shipments during overnight operations. You will serve as the key communicator between agents, team members, and internal systems, ensuring accurate documentation, proactive troubleshooting, and seamless handoffs between shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Overnight Shipment Operations: Monitor and manage all in-network shipments to successful completion during the overnight shift.
- Effective Communication: Proactively communicate any changes, delays, or updates to team members and agents, ensuring all parties are aligned in real time.
- Documentation and Note Management: Maintain comprehensive and clear notes on each job, facilitating high-quality communication and continuity across shifts.
- Operational Readiness: Conduct set-up and planning for future work and ensure all assigned tasks are prepared and ready for next-phase execution.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot operational issues during the shift, bringing each situation to a resolution whenever possible.
- Task Turnover: Review and complete any pending or incomplete tasks from the previous shift, ensuring no job is left behind and a smooth operational flow is maintained.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
- Comfort with technology and logistics management platforms
- Ability to work independently and reliably during overnight hours
