TITLE:
RESOURCE PLANNING MANAGER
ABOUT THE JOB:
Seeking candidates for a RESOURCE PLANNING MANAGER role for a home builder/construction company. You will be responsible for forecasting and determining home starts, communication and support on permits, document dissemination, construction schedule setup, trade contractor support, change order communications, unit projections, management meetings, support timely permit package compilation, submissions and approvals, manage all trade communications, research invoice inquiries, provide research and much more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/home building, particularly oversight in planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction-related software
- Experience with scheduling/mapping out construction plans from start to finish.
- Must be proficient in technical/organizational and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills.
