What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Paralegal certification required).
- 5 years of experience in a paralegal role.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in legal research, contract review, and corporate governance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in legal software, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and Microsoft Office Suite.
