Compensation : Competitive Salary up to $110K (Base Commission)

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to manage approximately 12 large accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and proficiency with QuickBooks. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized individual to join a close-knit team, contribute to business growth, and take part in the company’s exciting new service launch.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and nurture relationships with current accounts(no cold calling)
Conduct outbound calls to offer new services and maintain client relationships
Process work orders and ensure clients' needs are met
Provide top-tier customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Potential client outreach via meetings (with minimal travel required : 1-3 times per year to conferences in Los Angeles and Houston)
Utilize QuickBooks to track client interactions and transactions
Qualifications :
Proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of time management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in a similar account management or customer service role
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with marketing / printing services
