What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at AppleOne?
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Ontario, CA. If you have a strong foundation in accounting and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Prepare and maintain financial reports
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Handle filing and organization of financial documents
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
