Accounting Clerk
Location : Santa Clara, CA
Pay : $23.00 / hour
We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk to handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable / receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly close preparation. This temporary role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoices, payments, and daily bank reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and assist with month-end close.
- Handle customer invoicing, cash receipts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Support special projects and backup tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
Measures of Success : Timely processing of invoices, accurate accounting, and adherence to deadlines.
