Financial accounting firm gearing-up for the Tax season. Seek accounting clerk with 2-3 years experience. Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field. QuickBooks, SAP. Prepare, process, reconcile & maintain accounting records & reports. Assist with payroll & time-keeping documents. Monitor & manage invoices from the time they are sent until they are paid. Perform account reconciliation tasks. Perform data entry tasks, including invoice processing. Manage billing processes & maintain Accounts Receivable records.
