Full Job Description
The Associate Recruiter responsibilities include posting ads, reviewing applicant qualifications, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews. You will assist the department manager, and candidates so the hiring process can operate efficiently. Ultimately, the Associate Recruiter will search and scout the most qualified individuals for our open positions.
Responsibilities:
· Display a relentless approach to accomplish results and recruit top level talent for our growing company
· Post job descriptions on professional job sites, and social media
· Handle a high volume of positions by actively sourcing candidates on various platforms and databases (including social media, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn)
· Drive candidate sourcing efforts and construct candidate channel
· Conduct first level pre-screen, and offer introspective review to hiring manager
· Manage calendar for hiring teams, and applicants, and schedule appropriate calls and in person interviews
· Participate in other duties as assigned
