This individual will contribute to the professional standing of our firm by managing the front office, greeting all guests, supporting the office on all day-to-day operations, and assisting with basic accounting duties. • Multitasking is second nature for you. Phone calls, expense reports, coordinating lunches- there is never a dull moment
• Juggling duties while interacting with customers and being a friendly face for the organization is a challenge you are up for
• Problem solving will take you miles. Every day looks different and there isn’t a black and white answer for anything. That’s ok because you will create a solution
• You are comfortable feeling uncomfortable.
