Analytics Consultant 2 - Supplier Enablement Operations

Location : West Des Moines, IA

Duration : 12-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Employment

About the Role :

Join our Supplier Enablement Operations team and play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining a centralized supplier onboarding and enablement process. As an Analytics Consultant 2, you'll work to ensure that sourced goods and services are procured and paid efficiently, while continually improving supply chain practices to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supplier Setup & Maintenance : Manage unique supplier setup and maintenance requests related to projects like Early Pay Discount and Virtual Card, while identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft systems.
• Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting : Answer process-related questions from peers, managers, and internal / external customers, and handle escalated and complex issues.
• System Testing & Reporting : Conduct monthly UAT system testing, submit test scripts, report defects, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements.
• Risk Analysis & Documentation : Identify risks, document procedures, and create training materials to strengthen individual and team performance.
• Process Expansion : Drive supplier onboarding through Ariba and help transition from PeopleSoft eProcurement.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure high-quality performance metrics between Ariba and PeopleSoft systems, identifying and resolving system discrepancies.
• System Clean-up Projects : Lead efforts to maintain a system free from errors by managing projects like inactivating unused supplier locations and ensuring Global Sanctions screening compliance.
• Supplier Onboarding Success : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ariba, Sourcing, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and others, to ensure seamless supplier onboarding for Ariba transactions.
