M-F, 8am to 5pm schedule
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk is to assist with tasks within the accounting department, providing support to the team and gaining exposure.
This role will assist in analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and assisting with general accounting tasks under the guidance of senior staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Helps prepare monthly credit card statements for approval and coding.
- Supports processing checks and ACH payments as directed.
- Assists in processing employee reimbursements and travel expenses.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9’s.
- May assist with monthly closing procedures.
- Perform basic data entry for accounting and financial transactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
