Assembler – Santa Barbara, CA
Location : Santa Barbara, CA
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay : $17 – $23 per hour (DOE)
About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in Santa Barbara! This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for building and assembling high-quality products. If you enjoy working with your hands in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
Assemble and inspect components according to company standards and specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe workplace
Qualifications :
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to use hand tools and follow assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic math and measurement skills
