What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Admissions Coordinator position at AppleOne?
We're seeking a person to assist our admission coordinator with discharge planning experience with the senior population. Familiar with Medi-Cal housing programs. Experience in an Assisted Living Facility working with the elderly. You have networked and developed relationships and sales strategies with hospitals and communities to build on potential residents. You're well-versed with the Assisted Living Waiver, Regional Centers, and PACE programs.
