What You’ll Need to Thrive:
?? Mechanical Expertise and experience in the Equipment Rental industry
?? Outstanding Customer Service and communication skills
?? A Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
????? 3-5 years of management experience
Your Exciting Role:
?? Assist customers with equipment rentals, process contracts, and handle payments
?? Maintain organized contract files, manage reservations, and recommend products tailored to customer needs
?? Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and ready for customers
?? Help load/unload equipment and perform safety demonstrations
?? Resolve customer issues swiftly and ensure safety concerns are addressed
?? Participate in store meetings and contribute to team success
Exceptional Customer Service:
?? Provide excellent service in-person and over the phone
?? Accurately process transactions and payments
What We’re Looking For:
?? Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
?? High school diploma or GED (preferred)
?? Able to lift up to 70 lbs and maintain a professional appearance
?? Strong customer service, sales skills, and basic math proficiency
?? Clear communicator (multilingual skills are a huge plus!)
?? Must pass a drug screening and maintain excellent attendance
?? A team player who is patient, customer-focused, and ready to tackle any challenge
