We are looking for an experienced Bank Branch Manager who oversees the daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including staff supervision, client service, sales growth, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to bank policies and federal regulations while promoting community engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee branch operations, including security, safety, and financial performance.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff, ensuring proficiency in sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive deposit growth, customer retention, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and bank policies.
- Monitor financial metrics, including deposit base, transaction counts, and cost of funds, to achieve branch profitability.
- Resolve complex customer service issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Facilitate team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and implement staff development programs.
- Lead community engagement efforts through local partnerships and participation in professional organizations.
