Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dealership's Business Development Center (BDC) team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing Leads : Respond to internet leads and phone inquiries from potential customers.
Scheduling Appointments : Set appointments for prospective customers to meet with sales or service staff.
Customer Follow-Up : Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions.
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database.
Coordination : Work with sales and service staff to manage leads and provide excellent customer service.
Performance Goals : Meet targets related to sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in data entry and comfortable using multiple screens.
Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Employment Type : Full-time, Mon to Fri 8 : 00 to 5 : 00. Benefits offered, including healthcare options. Background / Drug Test Required. EOE.
