Now Hiring : Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish / English) – Charlotte, NC (28269)
Are you a customer service professional with excellent communication skills? A busy towing company in Charlotte is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join the team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle challenging calls with professionalism, we want to hear from you.
Schedule : Tuesday – Saturday, 6 AM – 2 PM
Location : In-office (Charlotte, NC – 28269)
Pay : $16 / hour
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
Greet and assist visitors, determining the purpose of their visit
Provide information regarding company services, office locations, and personnel
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, processing documents, and data entry
Manage mail distribution, courier deliveries, and payment processing
What We’re Looking For :
Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable handling difficult or high-stress phone calls
