Job Title : Billing and Contracts Specialist- Financial Customer Service Specialist

Department : Commercial Card Billing

Pay Rate : $19.31

Location : Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on monitoring and managing an email queue rather than answering calls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prioritize and manage email requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Process payments and update the billing system with new contractual terms.
• Maintain and update fee schedules and revenue share agreements.
• Collaborate and partner with various departments to ensure accurate billing.
• Amend contracts as needed (90% of cases require contract amendments).
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
