Exciting opportunity to work for a local construction company as a Billing Specialist.
Responsibilities include :
- Compile monthly progress and lump sum invoicing.
- Meet with the project managers monthly and provide them with schedule of values and / or billing information and meet billing deadlines set by the GCs and project Owners.
- Compile the proper paperwork (Invoice, schedule of values, and conditional progress / final lien releases).
- Responsible for the accuracy of previous billed, current billed, and retention values.
Minimum Experience Required :
