Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative – Temp-to-Hire!
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Overtime Available on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volume
- Manage customer inquiries related to collections and resolve issues effectively.
- Facilitate and process financial transactions related to outstanding accounts.
- Educate customers on payment options and our services.
- Document interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance collection strategies and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or collections experience preferred.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
