As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations, fostering collaboration across teams, and supporting high-level decision-making. Role Objective :
The Chief of Staff will provide critical operational and strategic support to the CEO. You will manage internal and external communications, assist in implementing key initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Your work will ensure the organization is running smoothly and consistently, with an eye on continuous improvement and achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Support -
Be the CEO’s primary point of contact for internal and external matters, addressing both strategic and administrative needs.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize meetings to ensure efficient use of time.
Help the CEO stay focused on high-priority tasks by providing operational and strategic support.
Prepare materials and coordinate executive team meetings to align with organizational goals.
Operational Leadership-
Collaborate closely with the CEO to streamline processes and ensure operational consistency.
Support the creation and maintenance of systems and workflows across the organization.
Track progress on initiatives and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
Manage internal communications to ensure clarity and alignment with the organization’s mission.
Strategic Liaison and Relationship Building -
Act as the CEO’s liaison to staff, ensuring directives are communicated clearly and effectively.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Represent the CEO in meetings and external interactions, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
Administrative and Project Management -
Oversee administrative duties such as managing IT, HR, and payroll issues, ensuring they’re resolved promptly.
Coordinate company events, training sessions, and other organizational initiatives.
Lead or support special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Skills and Qualifications :
5 years of experience supporting C-level executives with a proven track record in executive assistance and operational support.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Notes.
Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
A strategic thinker with experience in operational planning, process improvement, and fostering collaboration.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels.
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
