What You'll Do :
Qualify prospects, matching them with our properties.
Maximize revenue by renewing leases, focusing on tenant retention.
Lead the leasing process, from proposals to finalized agreements. Proforma / budget understanding is key.
Build relationships with industry contacts, tenants, and brokers.
Research market conditions and trends.
Develop compelling marketing packages.
Understand our properties and the competitive landscape.
Present lease proposals to executives.
Track progress with activity reports.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Manage deals from start to finish.
What You'll Bring :
Basic understanding of commercial real estate leasing.
Knowledge of the local market and broker / landlord community.
Willingness to travel.
Understanding of financial statements.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Canvassing / cold calling experience.
Bachelor's (Business / Real Estate preferred).
NC Real Estate license preferred.
2-3 years of experience in leasing or related field.
Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deals within deadlines.
Superior communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What We Offer :
Competitive Compensation : 2-3 years exp : $50K base $20K-$50K commissions. Seasoned pros : $80K-$100K base commissions.
