Property Manager / Commercial Properties
We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our commercial properties. This position is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities :
The Property Manager will conduct property visits, bid and manage maintenance projects, coordinate work requests, resolve maintenance issues, and oversee property improvements. They will develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize risk and expense. The Property Manager will ensure compliance with ADA, environmental, and building ordinances, as well as tenant lease agreements. They will develop and manage budgets, including monthly variance reports, and establish long-range capital plans. The Property Manager will be responsible for 24 / 7 on-call availability to address tenant issues and property emergencies.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of property management operations, financial analysis, and preventative maintenance principles. Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. They must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and work collaboratively with management, other property managers, lease administration, accounting, and operations staff.
Minimum Qualifications :
Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent.
