About the Role :
As a key financial leader, you’ll ensure accuracy, optimize workflows, and uphold compliance standards. Managing a high-performing team, you’ll oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements, directly impacting operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage financial operations, including statement preparation, month-end close, and reconciliations.
Lead and develop an accounting team (3 direct reports, 5 indirect reports), fostering professional growth.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and contractual agreements.
Drive automation and process optimization to enhance efficiency.
Strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategies and business improvements.
