Now Hiring : Credit Collections Specialist!
Are you detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a good communicator? We’re looking for a Credit Collections Specialist to join our team and help cover a leave of absence from March to June!
What You’ll Do :
Manage overdue accounts and follow up as needed
Contact customers to arrange payments and settle balances
Work with the finance team to ensure collections are done on time
Keep accurate records and reports
Provide great customer service while negotiating payment options
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in credit collections or a similar field (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial situations with professionalism
Attention to detail and organized
Familiarity with MS Office and accounting software (a plus!)
