We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that every experience leaves a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt, professional, and friendly service.
Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and solve problems.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
