What You'll Do :
Handle inbound calls from clients and assist them in resolving their issues
Dispatch help to client locations when needed
Utilize your expertise in MS Word and Excel for daily tasks, including data entry

Flexibility in your schedule, as our company operates 7 days a week (don't worry, you won't work all 7 days!)
