What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Print Production Operator position at AppleOne?
We are seeking a Print Production Specialist to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with bindery equipment and high-volume print operations.
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Parking : Free parking available (except for loading docks, visitor spaces, and the parking garage).
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate high-volume duplicating and imaging equipment.
- Perform document scanning, binding, and finishing tasks.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and shipments.
- Assist with copier maintenance and minor repairs.
- Manage office supply distribution and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and breakroom / kitchen.
- Set up conference rooms and meeting spaces as needed.
- Handle customer service inquiries regarding print and mail services.
- Perform light maintenance and occasional cleaning duties.
