Position : Digital Response Team Specialist
Location : (On-site) Bonita Springs, FL 34134
Schedule : Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, 1 hour lunch
Contract : 6 months or more - with the potential for permanent.
Pay rate : $21-22
Job Purpose :
The Digital Response Team is a sales team tasked with optimizing all inbound customer leads to meet sales targets. This position will support those efforts by processing account applications in a timely manner, conducting periodic follow-up to ensure completion and provide customer support through the process. This position is responsible for processing credit applications through our web portal and assisting with administrative .
Requirements :
- Typing 45 wpm (Please confirm with candidate they are proficient and meet the minimum 45 wpm)
- 3 years office or sales experience
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks
