We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (Spanish / English) Dispatcher to support a team of 24 drivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling the drop-off and pickup of containers at the port. This role requires someone who is comfortable working lots of overtime and can effectively communicate in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule drop-off and pickup of containers at the port.
Support and coordinate with a team of 24 drivers.
Ensure timely and efficient scheduling to meet operational needs.
Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members in both Spanish and English.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work lots of overtime.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in dispatching or logistics (preferred).
