Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Reviewer / Post Closer to join our team at our Robinson Township office. This fully onsite position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely completion of loan files after closing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor guidelines.
- Coordinate the delivery of final loan documents to investors and agencies.
- Resolve any post-closing issues, such as missing or incorrect documents.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, title companies, and investors to facilitate smooth processing.
Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes in the mortgage industry.
