Employment Type : Direct Hire
Compensation : $25 - $28 per hour
Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Service Technician with a strong electrical background to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role requires prior hands-on experience working with electrical, hydraulic, and / or mechanical equipment and components. You will play a key role in enhancing the technical skills and customer service abilities of our service team. Your expertise, strategic oversight, and commitment to excellence will ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and the overall success of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Development
Mentor and coach service team members to improve technical proficiency and customer service skills.
Develop and conduct training programs to elevate the team’s capabilities.
Customer Service Network
Build and maintain a reliable customer service network, including service distributors, independent contractors, and direct employees.
Provide ongoing training to service personnel to maintain high service standards.
Technical Service & Support
Oversee work orders for inspections, upgrades, repairs, and accessory installations.
Perform machine installations and provide hands-on training for clients.
Deliver telephone and field service support to address technical issues efficiently.
Install and maintain cloud-based performance monitoring systems and related technologies.
Quality Assurance & Feedback
Create and implement systems for reporting product quality and service feedback.
Address warranty concerns and provide parts sales and technical support as needed.
Sales Support
Assist with tradeshows, product demonstrations, application testing, and related activities.
Qualifications : Hard Requirements
Prior hands-on work experience with electrical, hydraulic, and / or mechanical equipment and components is required.
Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Proven hands-on mechanical skills and experience.
Experience with bandsaws is a plus.

Excellent customer service abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
