We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
-Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
-Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
-Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
-Maintain office organization, supplies, and records related to executive functions.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
-Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
