Summary : Maintenance personnel are responsible for conducting maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility, including factory equipment, machinery, and overall plant maintenance. Duties include preventive maintenance program activities, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems and supporting the facility to ensure maximum production quality and quantity while supporting company objectives. In the unlikely case that the Maintenance personnel is unable to perform his / her job responsibilities or abruptly leaves the company, the Maintenance Manager will cover to fulfill duties until the position is filled. The backup for maintenance employee is the Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for designated tasks. Essential
