Job Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
Cost Analysis : Conduct cost analysis on manufacturing processes, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Variance Analysis : Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights and explanations for variances.
Inventory & Asset Management : Assist in managing inventory accounting and the valuation of manufacturing assets.
Data Analysis : Use financial data to identify trends and assist in decision-making for business strategies and operations.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams to ensure financial accuracy and help improve performance.
Internal Controls : Support internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
