What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Assistant/Coordinator position at AppleOne?
A large and dynamic company is looking for talented HR Specialists to assist in a project at their Darien, CT location!
Qualifications :
- Review high volume of files to determine if they can be destroyed or retained per retention policy
- Document files completing our internal trackers using Excel
- Organize files to be shipped to external vendor for scanning or destruction.
Required Skills :
- Ability to handle large amounts of files such as : personnel files, payroll, pension
- Attention to minute and specific details for large amounts of data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- The role requires to lift and move around boxes containing documents.
- 100% Onsite
