We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources and Certified Payroll Administrator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in managing our payroll systems and supporting our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and providing HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage all aspects of payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws.
Coordinate and manage certified payroll processes, including reporting for government contracts and projects.
Collaborate with HR to manage employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing and human resources.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of discretion and ethical approach to HR.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
