We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (Mandarin/English) HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing employee relations, facilitating training, leading recruitment efforts, and ensuring seamless coordination between our stores and headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring a robust HR background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including labor disputes and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Training and Development: Design and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee skills, including onboarding new hires and conducting ongoing development sessions for staff.
Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final selection, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Coordination: Serve as a liaison between stores and headquarters to ensure alignment with company policies and maintain effective communication.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain accurate and organized employee records.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems, coaching managers and employees to maximize productivity and performance.
Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company culture and leading employee engagement initiatives.
Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support department and company objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, training, and recruitment; experience with labor disputes is essential.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent conflict resolution abilities, a high capacity for managing stress, and a strong alignment with company values.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
