- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
- Maintain client records, follow up on leads, and track sales performance.
- Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
