- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with inventory standards.

- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to meet goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of inventory specialists and warehouse staff.
- Ensure safety and compliance within a cold storage environment.
- Minimize discrepancies through precise cycle counts.
- Optimize inventory replenishment cycles.
- Reduce holding costs without compromising availability.
- Minimize losses due to damage, theft, or mismanagement.
