We are seeking a Junior Superintendent to join our commercial construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in construction management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial construction and a strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling and site safety.
Job Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in commercial construction, field supervision and site coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Must be able to work on-site and travel as required.
Responsibilities :
Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain work flow efficiency.
Monitor site safety and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with design plans.
Schedule :
M-F 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Salary :
80k-$100k / salary DOE (For $100k, MUST have 5 years experience already in the field)
